Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Estonia
- Parcel locker (Omniva / DPD / SmartPost) - €2.50 | estimated delivery 1-3 business days
Free shipping on orders over €30.
Parcel Locker Pickup Once your parcel arrives at your chosen locker, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with your unique pickup code. Parcels are held for 7 days. If not collected within this time, the parcel will be returned to us and you may be charged for reshipment.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey on the carrier's website.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or public holidays. We will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zolara.eu within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
