These terms apply to purchases made from the Zolara online store at zolarabeauty.eu.

The online store is owned by Bluumi OÜ, registry code 16099615, VAT number EE102309036, address Harju maakond, Rae vald, Jüri alevik, Allika tn 6a, 75301, Estonia. You can contact us at info@zolara.eu.

Prices and Ordering

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

To place an order, add the products to the cart, enter the required details, choose a delivery and payment method, and confirm the order. The purchase agreement is formed once payment has been confirmed.

If a product cannot be delivered, we will contact you and refund the amount paid.

Payment

Payments are processed through Montonio. All available payment methods are shown before the order is confirmed, including Estonian bank payments, card payments and other supported payment methods.

Payment takes place in a secure environment. We do not see or store your bank card details or online banking login details.

Delivery and Returns

We ship within Estonia. Delivery times, shipping costs, return conditions and refund terms are set out on the Shipping and Returns page.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Pre-glued lash clusters are a hygiene product. They cannot be returned if the original protective packaging has been opened after delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product is defective or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@zolara.eu. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, a photo.

We will respond within 5 business days.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery by incorrect use, improper application, careless removal or normal wear.
