Shipping

We currently ship within Estonia.

Orders are handed over to the delivery partner within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email.

Shipping is free on orders over €30. For orders under €30, shipping costs €2.50. The delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned products must be unused and in their original unopened protective packaging.

Pre-glued lash clusters are a hygiene product. If the protective packaging has been opened after delivery, the product cannot be returned.

To start a return, complete the return form and send it to info@zolara.eu. Please also include your order number. If you do not use the form, your email must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the order.

We will send you return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged, the product is defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@zolara.eu. Include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the product or packaging.

In this case, we will replace the product or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We usually issue the refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

Where required by law, the refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided reliable proof that the product has been sent back.

If you return the full order, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong product.
