The first few times may take around 15 minutes. Later it will take a few minutes.
Start with clean, dry lashes and apply each cluster from the outer corner inward, under your own lashes, in the beginning of your lash root. Press each cluster into place as you go. See our full application guide → zolarabeauty.eu/tutorial
No, the glue is already on each cluster. You just need special tweezers. We sell them separately if you need a pair.
No. Unlike extensions, the clusters are not bonded to your individual natural lashes. Just be gentle when removing them and your lashes will be fine.
With the right application it should not feel uncomfortable. The first day you might simply notice that you have lashes on - that feeling goes away quickly. If something feels off, check that no cluster is sitting on your waterline. Moving it slightly upward usually fixes it immediately.
If you are new to lash extensions or want a really natural result, start with BARE (brown) or DEFINED (black). If you are used to lash extensions and want a fuller, more polished look, LUSH is the closest to that feeling. Choose BOLD for a full glam look.
Yes. The glue is latex-free and fragrance-free, which are the most common irritants in lash products. Contact lenses are no problem. If you notice any irritation, stop using them.
It depends on your skin type and daily routine. Oily skin or oil-based products near the lash line will shorten wear, while keeping the area clean and oil-free will extend it.
Yes. After swimming or showering, gently pat the lash area dry - do not rub.
Yes. If a cluster shifts during the night, simply take it off and press it back into place - it usually sticks again without any problem. If it no longer holds well, just apply one fresh cluster from your box.
Yes, you can wear eye makeup, but don't use mascara. When removing eye makeup, avoid oily products near the lash line as oil softens the glue and the clusters will come off more easily.
There are two ways. You can hold each cluster at the glue band and gently pull from the outer corner. Or for a more gentle approach, take a cotton swab with a little oil (coconut oil works well), rub it along the glue line, and the clusters will come off on their own.
